360 Dyslexia&Dyscalculia is run by Vicki Lader and she specialises in working with children, teens and adult students.

Vicki is a qualified teacher and has over 20 years experience of working in schools in a range of roles at both primary and secondary levels. She is a qualified specialist teacher and assessor of dyslexia and specific literacy difficulties and holds the Assessment Practising Certificate through Patoss. She is also a qualified specialist teacher and assessor of Dyscalculia and specific learning difficulties in maths. It is rare for a specialist assessor to be fully qualified in both areas and Vicki takes pride in having achieved the postgraduate diplomas across both areas.

She is also qualified to assess young people and adults aged 16+ for Developmental Co-Ordination Disorder (dyspraxia) and for ADHD (N. B. medication cannot be prescribed).

Vicki trained to teach primary aged children and worked as a Senco in three schools and has a wealth of experience in supporting the holistic needs of pupils including difficulties with cognition and learning and emotional health and well-being. Vicki has also worked as an Advisory Teacher for a large local authority, consulting with schools to manage the needs of individuals linked to learning and behavioural difficulties.

 

360 Dyslexia&Dyscalculia currently offer full diagnostic assessments for dyslexia/dyscalculia/specific learning difficulties. There is the option of requesting an assessment for dyslexia or dyscalculia or both together. This can be discussed prior to making a booking. The assessments will provide detailed analysis of strengths and areas of difficulties with recommendations given for school and home. The holistic nature of our experience means that we will discuss any concerns beyond the learning need and advise on possible next steps.
