ENHANCED SUPPORT AND LIAISON
Following a diagnostic assessment, you will receive a detailed report including recommendations for both school and home. Our previous experience working as a Senco in a school and as an Advisory Teacher means we have an excellent understanding of the challenges for school on resources and support and this can lead to frustrations for parents/carers that the support they want for the child may not be put in place as they would like. We therefore offer an enhanced service to link together with yourselves as parents/carers and the appropriate staff in school to create a plan of support and intervention. This would include prioritising the intervention and managing ways for work at home and school to complement each other, in order to not overload the child. The offer includes an initial meeting (online) lasting up to an hour and check-ins with parents/carers monthly for three months.

Cost: £475

Deposit & Payment: payment is via BACS (details will be provided). A £100 deposit must be paid prior to the assessment with the remainder due prior to receiving the full report. Alternatively, full payment can be made upon booking your appointment

Location: The assessment ideally would take place in your home or in school if needed. If neither of these are possible the assessment can take placed in the the assessors offices and information will be provided. A quiet room, with a table and chairs and with no interruptions.

Assessment Length: The assessment will take 2-3 hours with breaks given. Parents/carers are not required to stay

Following the Assessment: Your assessment report will be emailed within 10 working days (approximately 2 weeks). Full Diagnostic Reports are very comprehensive and adhere to the SASC and Government criteria. afely removing trees down to a stump

Follow-ups: Reports can be discussed via the telephone or video if required

Download and complete the pre-assessment forms for the parent/carer and the child/young person

Liaise with relevant school staff to complete the pre-assessment form for staff to fill-in, choosing a member of staff who knows your child well and/or the school SENCO

Children/young people must have had an eye-test within the last six months
